If you're actually helping a seller market or are helping a buyer find properties in an organized fashion, that can certainly be construed as infringing on the territory of real estate agents.My guess is that you COULD cross the line as a bird-dog, but that unless/until you were hauled into court, it wouldn't be clear if you actually did...

For the past 25 years I've made a living in a sales capacity, managing product sales & distribution in a territory.
