In my market segment, western PA C-class in single-family and apartments, not wearing the "handcuffs" Chris talks about makes a huge difference.

People in the US live very lavish, even the lowest income segments does and usually on credit.

For myself, I simply have no desire to deal with that segment of society.

@Dawn MacMillan that is an excellent segment of the market that in vastly underserved in most communities (at least the ones that provide excellent care and amenities).

I would also add that segmenting the homes into categories will come in handy as well. 

But all the posts have been excellent this is a brutal market segment and not for the faint of heart.

You should be VERY afraid because Z/ZG is coming for your leads, they want nothing short of total and complete market ownership, and it's not just retail they want no no no, they want it ALL, especially all investor business and leads and to be honest that's the easiest segment to take over.
