I would love to partner with someone on this deal, but in the event that I can't, is there such thing as an assignment fee for finding a great investment property and turning it over to someone? 

If you go to meetups for 6 months and just talk to people and never have an ask, you will find friends, partners, JV deals, and mentorship.

That is where I met some of my most fruitful partners, contractors, mentors, and lenders... at these very meetups.

Are you wanting to invest passively in a syndication as an LP or are you wanting to be the general partner and syndicate to your investors? 

In South West Florida, there is the SWFL REIA which in my opinion is a really good group with people that give you access to a lot of valuable information and people you can partner up with.There's also the Collier and Lee County Round table which is a lot more informal and also smaller than the one mentioned above.

I would be open to partnering up with someone on the ground who can source properties and project manage.
