I just wish more people would read the RD company mission statement, which is to increase the financial literacy of the whole world.

I would recommend setting up definitive mission statement and create goals (everyday, every week, every month, every year, next 5 years, etc) that will align with that mission.

It will set boundaries for where you will go and what you will do which will focus you on what you're trying to accomplish (Your Mission).Remember, it is a living document and should be updated from time to time as your business develops.Another thing you may want to consider doing is writing out your goals.

It sucks for me right now because as a Mortgage Loan Officer I wake up ever day and I help others pursue their REI missions - but none are my own.

As Mission expands westward, will that make the RGC more lucrative or is that area still a couple of decades away from true growth?
