I have used my personal cards before I had business credit and set up an invoice between me and my company to be reimbursed.  

She does have some outstanding invoices that are thousands of dollars that should be paid any week or month now.Appreciate any feedback!

They sync with QuickBooks online and automatically create rental invoices for you based on your lease term.

If they refuse to communicate, I would probably fire them and bill them for any invoices that aren't covered by their insurance.

And your insurance company should have the yearly invoice or binder.  

@Adam Batcheller I would allow it, but the brother would have to be personally licensed and bonded, and I would pay the brother as an electrician, with an invoice.

If the repairs needed require a specialist - asbestos, mold, termite - the buyer may request that you provide an invoice and/or scope of work from the contractor. 

We do the standard package which allows credit card payments, credit/background reports, links in contractors for requests, and generates monthly reports, invoices and it handles marketing the vacant properties, etc.  

Would the PM pay it and then bill the owner, or should it be billed directly to the owner where they would receive the invoice and pay it.Thanks in advance!

A couple of things you can do to protect yourself from markups and hidden fees is to require subcontractor and vendor invoices.
