Just ONE street over (the end of the block) starts a whole new area where crime is still an issue, police walk the streets 24/7, the homeless are seen sleeping at every corner, etc.

I would not have been able to get a woman that is accustom to the finer things in life to stay married to me while I was homeless for 7 months trying to build a business without the proper coaching.

It’s not about making me feel better - I do give 60 days btw - it’s about not ****ing over a family and making them homeless - which is a wild, wild problem up here.

I later had a tenant allow a homeless guy to stay and put some stuff in his place and he brought in bedbugs.

The seller tried to break FHA guidelines by selling the home less than 3 months after purchasing.

Friend, process server, homeless guy with a cardboard sign... but not you, or spouse, or kid, or relative, or business partner (not in *this*business, anyway; buddy Joe in the next cubicle is ok). 

Homeless Joe broke in while the unit is vacant.  

NICE multi family homes being sold are pretty scarce and the ones that are on the market are in the "up and coming" (ie: we're trying to clean up our drug/homeless problem) neighborhoods.

From a party whom did not agree to pay them a commission for services rendered.To me that is no better than a random homeless guy coming up to your car spraying dirty water on your windshield & wiping it down with a newspaper then asking you for money. 2. 

Between the hassle of the local unrest, the homelessness, the drug issues, the mentally ill in the streets, the oppressive ordinances, high cost of living, and police protection being called into question, I would advice commuting into Seattle and living in one of the satellite communities.
