None of the "logic" which us entrepreneurs take for granted applies here - if you don't live there for at least a year, and your former tenant wants to cause you problems, you are in a huge amount of doo doo.

Ever since I was eight years old "outsourcing" "franchised" lemonade stands to the neighborhood kids and taking a cut at days end, I always knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur.

There will be both naysayers and supporters along the way, but you as the entrepreneur create your own story and you do not let others dictate your path.

So, more specifically, I want to deploy at least $150,000 into solid cash flowing real estate investments, including a house-hack purchase and possibly an additional long-distance acquisition or partnership.I'm not an entrepreneur in real estate like some others in this thread, I am an employee at BiggerPockets who invests part-time for some passive cash flow on the side, so I am not ready to scale into a ton of deals like some other folks quite yet!
