So, my question: Is there a broker friendly site or other that will charge me a flat fee just so I can get what I am wanting = MLS Access/tools/ability to view properties myself since I'll be an active RE Agent - and the broker will not care that I am not wanting to generate commissions?

I did have an NMLS number when I first began in the mortgage world, but haven't needed it the past few years so I have not renewed it.Often times, I feel that the file work (even taking on addtional workload and tasks) would definitely be worth my time if I was compensated on commission rather than a flat-rate per file.

I charge a flat fee from buyers to assist them with wholesale deals in West Michigan and have wholesalers from Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Muskegon and other areas nearby just sending me their deals so I can push them out to my network of buyers.
