Can somebody recommend a realtor with mutifamily background who operates in and around the New Haven, CT area?

Looking for a lawyer in the Spring, TX/The Woodlands area, who has a background in lease issues with single family homes.

Quick Background: I've been fairly successful in other areas of life and recently determined that moving towards passive income is the best way to achieve my financial/lifestyle goals.- I currently have 2 SFH properties- I have an LLC formed, but currently don't have any properties under it.

I have always done an informal pre-screen,  talked to people in person and then a formal background check before renting to get a good feel for them and am not fully comfortable renting sight unseen - however I don't want to turn down someone that passes a background check and seems to be a good fit. 

To add a bit of background I’m currently located in Sacramento, CA.

Put together some bullet points of the important stuff (which you should have in the listing - 3x rent, credit/background check, pet policy if allowing them, move in date/date available, length of lease etc...), print out a few copies so that you can check off that you talked about each bullet point with each prospect, put their name on the checklist and take notes on what their answers are.  

Many, with having a Mortgage industry background, have had an unfair advantage. 

I don't know all the details of your situation or your background or the research you've done or the resources you have at your disposal.

My background - I was born and raised in the west suburbs of Chicago, before heading a few hours south to Champaign for college. 

In addition, I would make sure you have created a rental criteria that outlines income and credit requirements as well as how you will treat those with a criminal background or eviction history.
