I'm dealing with one of my units where the condo is actually managed well, but the residents/ board is not happy with the increased percentage of rentals in the complex. meanwhile, these are the units that were bought in the wake of the recession as REOs and rehabbed and rented out, and paid their condo fees and made sure the condo could continue to operate. condo board has been pushing to enact rental restrictions for the past few years and having law firms draw up the amendment.
