This has been a real struggle - I have required ACH payments for the last 2-3 years and up until now this has not been a problem but has required that the borrower/renter changes bank to one that knows how to do it (still amazes me how badly trained some bank personnel).

Have the tenant contact the debit card issuer and ask if the card allows "ACH debits" as if so the card issuer can provide the routing number and account number to use and the tenant can enter it like a bank account in a payment service.

It’s in a class c neighborhood Appreciate all the additional input as well I guess it makes sense you can set up ACH payments and this way the payments are automated and you can make sure they pay on time.
