Also, I'am researching ecofriendly and sustainable technology and will hopefully implement the two in my future flips.

We just need the technology solution to catch up to the social problem.

With a good contract and tenant and use of technology like ACH rent payments, I just feel it is the way to go.

Of course if Redfin agents routinely get their offers passed over by traditional listing agents... all the technology in the world won't make them a viable business model.

Hi All - I need to upgrade my technological capabilities as it relates to real estate.

Advantages: knowledge, MLS access, networking benefits, more wholesale leads, more agent leads, confidence, technology, and moreCons: Fees, Must diclose everything (nothing different than normal, just more to disclose), Must be careful to do ensure you don't lose your real estate license, Other agents don't always understand what your doing.IMO I think it is definitely worth getting your license.

While technology may be trendy, the good old fashion personal touch can be much better for numerous reasons - too long to list here.Both my father and I use part-time workers.
