@Collin Parody make sure your seller signs a letter to the lender to inform them they are transferring their property to an LLC - note i did not say their LLC or selling it - it is being honest without sharing the entire story -   then get a new insurance policy to insure the llc and name the mortgage borrowers (sellers) as additional insured - this way the lender can match the name of the borrowers to the loan and insurance policy. 

I love Fort Collins, but this deal sounds risky.

I'm moving back to Fort Collins, CO when I return to the U.S. to attend Colorado State University.My goal is to acquire 5 single/multi family homes as rentals in and around Conway, AR, while I'm still in Japan.
