Debating on a buy & build or finding something already turnkey for an air bnb.

I'm ideally looking for companies that have experience with larger homes and who also have basic maintenance capabilities to address issues like broken toilets, replacing HVAC air filters, etc.Any response here or via DM is appreciated, thanks!

First post and hopefully this site will steer us to a path of successful real estate investors.A quick few facts about this house: a large house (4+bedrooms/1.5 baths with central air: a perk in this section of neighborhood) located in a small low-middle income town outside a large city in the Northeast that is projected to provide a +cash flow for years to come. 

Actually I left South Lake Tahoe with my mother just a few hours before we got the evacuation warning and a day before it became mandatory because I knew the wind was shifting and the air was getting so bad.

@Arturo Fuentes, as I have moved around the Air Force, my wife and I purchased homes in military towns (O'Fallon, IL--near St Louis, Colorado Springs, Arlington, VA, and then most recently in Corpus Christi and San Antonio, TX). 

Does anyone know where to find JVs that are interested in vacation rental/ Air Bnb properties in Muskoka, Ontario?

Like for cleaning feeding tubes, diapering, the air / water dishes for various machines. 

If it's 1942 and you own a gun factory, are you going to make M1 Garand rifles for Uncle Sam, or shotguns for bird hunters? 

I graduated from the University of Kentucky in 2018 and now I'm currently in the Air Force stationed in Clovis, NM where my wife and I just bought our first home. 

The HVAC ducts were designed badly and because this was built in the 90s there are no dedicated air return grilles.
