New Mexico has an unfortunate law against prepayment penalties for DSCR Loans on 2-4 unit multi that requires higher rates, but they don't apply to 5+ and I've seen some people have success with that size range in NM

If you will be using the funds around 50% or less of the year, the business LOC could be the better plan because even though the rate will be higher, you only pay interest on the drawn amount and only for the time it is drawn.
