Just be prepared for a lot of companies to tell you to go pound sand before you find that one person :) Also, be careful with the cheap bids... a lot of times you get what you pay for.I'll admit I'm a novice when it comes to roofing, so I'm not going to speculate on what's a fair price.

Since you have a refinance and things are not time sensitive I would honestly tell them to pound sand and that you're changing title companies.

So although it is technically easier to get into cheap markets (meaning you can start investing sooner), pound for pound your investment may not be growing any faster.
