______Make it make sense.As someone who grew up in California, this tells me two things:1) you don’t know what you are talking about and are very comfortable with your ignorance;2) you won’t even take two minutes to find facts.If the hydrant system relies on electric pumps and in some areas there’s no power, then there is no water.

I think I will go find my top favorite bad reviews when time allows.

If you can find practice tests, that is my recommendation - that is what I did after taking the required time component and did not have any issues passing the test. 

Hello everyone my name is Omar I’m 24 ,just recently came across wholesaling  and I started doing some research on it and it seem like it’s the best option for me now to get my foot on the door and eventually start doing flips down the road. since I’m new to wholesaling and barely know anything about it what books, YouTube chancel, podcasts, even a course that might help me get on track and learn the fundamental of wholesaling.I always come across some type of strategy of real estate that I might consider to pursue but I never end up staying consistent and taking action but my goal is just to learn about wholesaling and find a way to take action now.

I’ve had a similar situation before and had a difficult time finding people interested in partnering.

@Frankie Paterno In most places you will likely find that your $1.2MM will go much further with existing built as opposed to developing.

One symptom is leases that have not been renewed or increased in years, but you also find a lot of deferred maintenance.I do a survey about rent increases with our RPA members every year here in Milwaukee and most of them have between 5 and 50 units.
