Here are some tools I use to manage my rentals:Quickbooks (just changed from Stesa) - AccountingGmail / Google Drive - I create an email for the business and use this as a shared drive for all of my rental documentation.

As one who started in this business with carbon paper.. then NCR paper  then fax copies that just faded.. to plain paper fax to scan and e mail ..

I'm going to log my time and save all phone call records, email etc.The fact is I spent over 6 hours /day recently.

I would like to speak with a real estate attorney on the process of getting an easement by necessity for a landlocked parcel.I emailed the county just now, which is King County, on this but also to see if they have any easement on record.
