I personally commute from Casa Grande to Tempe (approximately 45 miles one way), and I can name 10 coworkers just off the top of my head that commute 25 miles or more one way.

Between the site work (water, sewer, electric, gas, foundation, surveys, curb cut, temp fencing, police detail, water line for sprinkler - if required vs pump and tank system, etc), you're probably looking at 100-135k.  

However, I prior to installing the Nest I was pretty good about changing the temp settings and keeping it around 78 / 68 when at home.

No brainier for vacation rentals.I am also thinking about adding it to my next flip or rental for those periods when I am holding the property and need to regulate the temp based on construction activity or showings.For even more control look at the smart vents from Keen Home.

Scott,When the card is maxed out your overall utilization will increase which will bring your score down (temporarily) once this is paid back your utilization would go back to what it was originally and your credit score would adjsut accordingly.the drop in credit score is just a temp. thing and a small price to pay for whsat you are receiving in return IMO..

Me, I'd be temped to let my mother  take over, and she would go in a completely different direction.  

WE have a number of contractor friends & they are always at the mercy of their subs & temps but their reputation is what ultimately suffers.
