Overarching themes and points will include: evaluate the sponsor to make sure they have experience and are good stewards of investors' money, evaluate the deal to make sure it's in a growing market and the numbers are based in reality, and try to avoid a feeling of FOMO - there will always be another deal.It's a big topic which is too complicated to really capture in a BP post.
