There's no one size fits all approach to real estate investing and depending on your resources, skill set, and capabilities you may excel in one particular market or utilizing a specific strategy whereas another investor will excel using a different approach.

I also make it clear we will record inspections with pictures or video.I don't address hoarding specifically.

I found the most difficult part starting out is building a team (agents, lenders, contractors etc.) that you can trust has been the most difficult part.

Is that across the board, or target market specific?
