Our in-person speaker was none other than our own John Van Uytven.

The very first REIA I went to had Ron as the guest speaker, which was cool.

The speakers/instructors were professional, experienced and knowledgeable. 

Like @Joseph Scorese said, our South Jersey REI is excellent and they constantly have workshops and speakers that you can learn a ton from.

No speakers, no agenda - just networking.

we have tried this as wellthe biggest issue was we were getting a lot of spanish people looking for rentals and not english speakers looking for seller.any tips on the categories we should be selecting the categories

@Ryan Thomson and @Tanner Pile do an excellent job providing great information on how to get started and bring in some top notch speakers each month.

I was at a meetup in Denver where Zeona McIntyre was the guest speaker and she had some really great info about how to implement that strategies and everything in between. she also has a book with bigger pockets called the 30-Day Stay if you want to learn more. hope that helps and best of luck 🤝🍀
