I have been listening and reading about this “infinity banking concept” and found it really interesting.

I'll take a look a correlation, but I've been in finance long enough to know that banks are often wrong.

My attorney dealt with the Title company attorneys in finalizing all appropriate documents. 

I do have a sublisting of a larger property that's a rooftop studio with separate entrance and private pool.

The most experienced CA investors I know of would not even entertain selling  anything until they are in final stages of life, 80s aged and even then they just might switch to NNN.

So you have a choice to either believe these assumptions are true and never invest or you can take the jump and find out for yourself.I work a full-time job in Finance and I manage a 4-unit property that I live in.

There likely won't be a huge push to install new full neighborhoods or rooftops; completely new subdivisions.
