Hi everyone,My team and I picked up a Tax Deed property (I published details in Jaxville Tax Deed Property pics); we're looking to start getting bids on the roof as well as work on the inside. 

6% Assignment fee included.This home has been completely gutted and needs a lot of work in the interior, roof, foundation.

I’m starting on the roofs of both and then using my cash to get the house rent ready.

Pitched or Flat Roof ?

Did you replace the roof (looks a little old in the pics) or any mechanicals, plumbing, etc.?

The home can use a new roof, pressure wash, outside paint and some landscaping. 

Avoid deals where it requires a new roof or foundation, they are most costly.

If it was major work (i.e. re-roof, exterior painting, parking lot resurfacing, etc), I'd notify them as a courtesy. 

so I drove to the property, there explained everything. you can see the sky through the roof, half of house was gone, the windows were boarded up..... it was in a tiny neighborhood, I mean there are only 7 houses in the neigh hood, off a main street.

How old is the roof / water system / elctricity ?
