Relax Tim, Ahmadinejad, as megalomanic as he is (A small ugly man who simply couldn't get laid....) is not a mad man.

I like the retro feel and I think most people think of relaxation when they see a nice tub.

I'm trying to relax but the first one is scary.

I used to do some work and convinced myself i was saving money, or that I liked to be on the job, managing the site or whatever...But Now on the very few days I go to job sites and pick up a hammer it is more of a day off, relaxing having fun with it and getting away from the mental grind of running the business. 

Get some sun, have a beer on me, and just relax.       

On the other hand though you will have much more relaxed laws compared to residential real estate when it come to the L/t relation ship if it is even considered that in your state.

When we went to Disney we rented a large house with a pool and it was nice to get away from the madness and relax in a home.

Originally, this was intended for first-time home-buyers, but somewhere along the way things relaxed and a 5% down payment is available on the purchase of your primary residence (which, by definition, is owner occupied).  

I became grumpy and not at my best because I was always there when I wanted to relax, work out, etc.I remember a friend telling me once he would always be stressed out from work.

If anything, IMHO, the gift rules should be relaxed so that "borrowers" could get whatever help they needed to in order to have 10% or 20% down.
