As well, if I take a bunch of raw steel, plastic, and copper that fetches $5k as raw material ... and turn into a car that has utility in the economy and fetches $20k ...

These are things that couldnt be reversed by laser surgery, either.

A little research, a hand written letter ,several emails & the owner having surgery I am finally closing on it! 

if you are landscaping out there def. no or few plants.... maybe plastic under rock to  keep water further away (sloped of course)

The host had their personal belongings in the closets, cabinets were stuffed with mismatched and chipped dishes and pots and pans, spice jars and inside cabinets were filthy, no tin foil, plastic wrap, washer/dryer soap.
