I like faux marble for shower surround, cheap plastic bead board fades and gets soap scummy.

My last AMZN play was in on Fri, out today already to my surprise.But... this is nothing as a % of my world and I have more control over what I buy and at what price.

Look around and you will see the average joe is NOT getting six pack;meanwhile six pack book writers, gyms ,pod-casters,personal trainers, supplement sellers, workout equipment sellers,nutritionist,plastic surgeons etc are getting rich. 

. :)  I had one issue where I didn't pass an electrical inspection because I knocked out the entire clips on a plastic box but he said he would come back later in the day. 

If you watch them sharing one cup of coffee on outings, if you watch them order only fried rices, you wonder where the RE price is heading....Again, it is not just one coworker how bit off more than he can chew,...

@Larry Fried With Chicago population decreasing and taxes rising I honestly didn't consider investing here. 

@Mark Fries what metrics or data are you looking at that make you say it is a strong market? 

@John Salgado my issue was a combination of poor grading (towards the house), and a downspout that wasn't pushing water away.My fix was to dig down a bit (shallow) and place some heavy plastic on that corner from the foundation out to the edge of the mulch bed.

Thanks @Larry Fried, I’ve done what you suggested in the past and this was a time where I wasn’t going to do that.
