That is so when a lawyer does a title search on the property, it is clear why there was a deed into Person A, and then suddenly there are deeds out of People X, Y & Z, but no explanation as to how People X, Y and Z got on the title.

Though I've done lots of virtual assisting so far, I'm finding that in my area there's not as much of a need for virtual assistant stuff, but there is a need for someone to be local for "back up" in case there is an issue in person, as many owners live too far away to respond. $300 is a base rate for strictly being on call, and if I get called in or do other tasks, I will charge hourly.
