If San Antonio is just not doing it for you, I would recommend Edinburg/McAllen/Harlingen/Brownsville/Mission areas (South Texas-RGV)? 

I've been on four mission trips to three different third world countries.

I've spent a great deal of time reading the laws, the court cases from around the country, MANY books, etc and I've spent a great deal of time building my plan and mission that my business will be built around.

Don't be concerned, any more than someone in San Diego is concerned that it is directly next to Tijuana.While in the RGV, I was able to go through McAllen, Edinburg, Pharr, Mission, and several of the smaller towns as well.
