Beyond the internet research I perform, I want to begin speaking with local property managers, real estate agents, contractors, etc. to get some expert advice on neighborhoods and market trends.Being the socially awkward individual I am, I am having a hard time imagining why these people would give me the time of day.Has it been everyone's experience that when you call a property manager on top of the google page with a bunch of questions, they spend the time with you to earn your potential business?

You can try the vinegar/baking soda fixes on the internet but only if you plan prop it open after fixing.

The Internet, books, and experienced people in the industry have more than enough information to get going. 

You'll almost never hear them talk about how much real estate they own, nor selling courses on real estate, nor bragging on an internet forum. 

Obviously I like where I am a lot, tech and support are key for me, but advice you get on the internet does not always translate to your local and personal situation, because the people in your particular local office make all the difference!
