Definitely catered to the wife and kid - so I could focus my energy and money elsewhere.Penthouse unit, valet parking for us/guests, indoor/outdoor pools & hot-tubs, kids playroom in the building, daily breakfast/coffee, laundry service, gym w/ included work-out classes daily, etc. Will be nice when I'm off work to go down the elevator to take my son swimming or to the kids playroom so he can lose his mind there instead of in our condo. The mortgage on this place would be astronomical considering the HOA fee associated with these types of all-inclusive buildings and the amenities.
