Hello,Does anyone have any recommendations for an experienced attorney to set up and maintain a LLC for a rental property and that also does title transfers in florida?

The property is a 4bd 1 Bath SFH with 4 almost identical rooms located in the Summit - University neighborhood in St Paul.  

Can you expand / comment on the "additional endorsement on my title ".

We consulted with various underwriters and all said they would call for a release if this came up in a title search.  

Seeking advice on how to formalize an agreement with a partner to flip a house together and how to hold title assuming that we would not be creating an LLC until after a "trial period".

I personally would transfer it through a title company - costs about $150.

Title co will handle all Get to your local RE meeting, you will learn more in an our then 6 months reading and sitting on the internet.
