See if there is some kind of wide-mesh screen which can be "domed" over the drain or some other guard so large obstructions will still leave an adequate path for water flow.That's really a tenant issue.

That can be a big advantage when you're buying, because sellers might not have their guard up as high as they might with a man and it might be easier to find out what their motivation is and subsequently might make it easier to negotiate.If you're your own contractor, subs might underestimate you, which can be negative.

It will also help to have a point guard that can shoot the ball so that the team isn’t playing 4 on 5 in their half court sets.
