Even if they kept everything clean (which is doubtful) what about all the noise from barking dogs and whinny puppies.

Instead of being so task oriented, ie grinding thorough a job/jobs at full speed until its done, I'm trying to pull back and manage my time a better so I don't make a bunch of gains in one area, but feel backed up in others.

Wholesaling is a grind it out game.

Even better, my typically chaotic daily work grind has relaxed, allowing me to double down on real estate education, deal analysis, and networking. 

You're likely going to have a HOA board fining you for tenant behavior (noise complaints, garbage, etc.) fairly regularly. 

I am also very picky when it comes to my tenants making noise.

Lots and lots of networking you will find product and wise personal counsel to be able to filter out all the noise.

I work in tech which is certainly a grind. 

There was a real boom right after I purchased my property (some years were as high as 30%), but then the government imposed a lot of very strict purchasing and lending rules (I live on Vancouver Island, and Vancouver had skyrocketing house values which trickled in over here) which grinded that growth to a halt.

Still no sign of personal returns.As for forms, it may be I just need to go slowly through to separate the key forms from the "noise".
