The easier you make it seem and the faster you promise riches, the more clients you will see.It was shocking to me reading the lawsuits filed between this specific educator, they have 30k contacts in their CRM.  

If the property was involved in a bk it was put into an estate for the entity who filed.

My goal is to add verbiage within the lease that will decrease any tiffs between tenants for the common spaces and how to set expectations and promote group effort with cleaning the common areas/shoveling snow/personal dishes/shared fridge/laundry/having guests and so forth. 

Ask for a "Pre-Underwrite" this is where the bank underwrites the file and give you a "Loan Commitment" instead of a generic "Pre-approval" letter.

If someone injures themselves and sues, they will be suing the LLC and not you personally.
