We stage all our houses, I dont put in furniture, except I do dining room tables in about half the houses, if it adds to the design.

So I am seeing the best option is to keep them their for as long as I can (another month or two) Hoping to have another family take over the rent.When my father could no longer use stairs, they turned the dining room into a bedroom for him until they could move.

I do not use staging when it is clear that the house has a living and dining room and all bedrooms.
