I am looking for my first deals focusing on Bellevue, Ralston, and Eastern Omaha.

Maybe try Ypsilanti and Eastern Michigan or dexter or other communities nearby.

Tons of rail, tankers, important air hubs, accessible to eastern markets via the gulf, incredibly low energy costs, balanced environmental.  

My wife and I recently purchased a duplex in our home town in eastern North Carolina that is a nice cash flowing property and are looking to connect with other real estate investors in the research triangle park.

For example, here in Eastern and Central Mass,  a Quitclaim Deed is basically the ONLY Deed. 

Some of the more inflated areas in Oregon really are just about impossible to get cash flow without buying something that needs major rehab or value-add construction.I haven't done much research of Eastern/Central Oregon.

The community is in Grasonville, MD on the Eastern Shore. 1) It does look like deferred maintenance on exterior window shutters, siding and roofs.

There is too much land in eastern north carolina.

I mail postcards to owners of bare land (there is a ton in eastern WA) who are behind on taxes and I am surprised at the number I get returned.
