She will say, "I will just text them that Ill come check out their issue etc"  and I'm like "first of all, we do not text them, we send them a message on the portal, do NOT give them your personal cell #"   yet she continues tod o it, I was told last night that we will definitely be letting her go.

Instead they get a maintenance request and call an expensive plumber who is unsupervised and pretty much has a blank check to do whatever they want.

This is what causes people to not call ever and to have friends fix stuff the wrong way.If they want something checked out and then it turns out to be fine, maybe then a service call would be warranted, but not every time especially when they are service issues that are on you.$250 a call for someone is insane.
