Check out the following City of Cleveland web site for some specific FAQs regarding evictions:http://www.clevelandhousingcourt.org/hc_fq_b.htmlBasically it says, file and issue 3 day notice, 3 weeks from filing date you have a court session, if eviction granted - tenant gets 7 / 10 days to vacate.

There is probably a niche market there (and maybe a lucrative one for the right person and situation) but I quit doing seasonals in my area early in my landlording career.In my area, 3-4 month rentals are in demand in some time frames during the year (summer tourism, legislative session e.g.), but having done a few short term rentals early on, it just did not pencil out well for me.

I did the tuesday and thursday session which was from 9am-2pm for 3 months, after that, you'll have completed the requirements and they help you submit and fill-out the application for the exam!
