Since the craze that really took off in 2018, we are already seeing lots of xeriscaped properties that have been overgrown with weeds, washed away down to the soil, or blown away down to weed barrier.

Not sure where your at in the process, but before you even begin you could blow through a $100k on architect, asbestos testing/remediation, boring/soil test, drafting of plans, numerous surveys, expediting, etc. 

It’s actually pretty fun too (can be difficult in wet clay, rocky soil, or steep hillsides, but if it’s flat and good dirt it shouldn’t be too difficult at all).
