@Anthony D.Some posters have given BAD information promoting illegal activities in this thread. 

I have used Vistaprint for business cards and promotional material and they are good.We used them for mailing postcards and we are not thrilled by the response.

If you promoted that in lieu of leasing, it is possible that a property manager may screen less well if the tenant profile is more conducive to a long term tenant (aka, I'll sign a three year lease, etc).

I’d name names, but not wanting to seem like promoting specific ones or being a broker (I am not a lender) but I am available to share privately.  

It reminds me of the TV ads that promote a drug to cure some minor disease.

., TV commercials, radio ads, motivated seller website, SEO, pay per click/adwords, facebook, Linkedin, Youtube, and other forms of online advertising and boosted/promoted social media postings.Bottom line is consistency.

Beyond that I'm considering doing testimonial videos as promotional material to prep interested customers.
