But yeah the studio apartment is an absurd layout, I was blown away when I saw it in person.  

In each instance, fault was on person B (Yourself in this scenario) and NOT on person A who the tree trunk was on there property but limbs overhanging neighbors, AS LONG AS they had readily allowed and made no conflict to person B cutting out/down whatever was projecting onto there property line. 

I've personally undertaken BRRRRs that took me 6 months to stabilize but part of that for me is the BRRRRs being an out of state side hustle I suppose.

That's what I've heard from others and read online as well.

It drives me nuts when everyone quotes a five-page post just to address one sentence, then the next person quotes both, then the next person quotes all three, etc.

You can find different strategies on how to find and reach these folks, such as driving for dollars, targeting mailing lists, networking with Realtors and other wholesalers, and having an online presence, plus paid social media ads, etc.
