There are a bunch of plays all over the region,  I just don’t see much upside in that part of South Sac, North Highlands, Rio Linda, etc.

Given it's still relative affordability compared to most of Dallas and proximity to downtown Dallas, White Rock lake, Casa Linda I think over time the area will continue to improve, however, there are still many rundown apartments in the area, gun shots are not uncommon, so desirability is hit or miss.

With the hot market wright now in San Antonio, I would wait and try to pay that credit card debt specially if you feel you are tight in budget and if you are getting the +$250 in cash flow after expenses, which in my opinion is good and form the value of your property and the the current debt.Good luck!
