The Treasure Valley (which includes cities surrounding Boise) is projected to increase by 200,000 in the next 5 years, and good companies are taking notice and moving here. 

After buying 3 SFHs in the Boise/Meridian Idaho Treasure Valley area, all of which are producing healthy positive cashflow, I’m ready to buy another SFH.
