If its old house and don't have fire alarm in all places required, they want you to install which is simple but there are other expense changes they request.

As for interior inspections I go inside on a formal basis twice a year, spring and fall when I change the smoke alarm and CO2 batteries.

It is a relief to find that you all aren't alarmed at the financing terms; that the two loans mentioned might be close to the same terms but not understood by me very exactly.

So let me get this straight...you are receiving a 1k deposit that is non-refundable directly from the buyers on a house you don't own and don't really have an interest in yet till the bank maybe approves a price.Not that I'm calling you a thief, but wouldn't that be a really easy way for someone to rob people?
