Hard to put a value on something when it's been soaking in water for 24+ hours.Take the pictures on your phone, save them to your SD card AND internal phone memory.

I haven't. mck I haven't used those, but I have occasionally used a rent credit in my lease where in fall they can send me original receipts for grass seed, weed & feed, mulch, etc., up to $100 (depending on yard size), as part of their rent payment.

Moisture and lack of air flow = mold.A regular soaking of the ground near and under the foundation/slab could easily create enough moisture for drywall to grow mold.
