The seller and I ended up agree to seller finance terms.

If the seller finance terms are good enough the wholesaler is likely to keep it for themselves.

The only chance someone has of getting 100% financing is if they can cross collateralize against other assets OR an unsuspecting seller financed deal.

Hi everyone, i'm very new to wholesaling, watched a couple videos by Flipping Mastery TV on youtube and after some research, thought i'd do my first few offer calls.I was able to find 2 seller's agents who are interested but they don't want to sign a PSA with me until I have viewed the property in person.
