Discuss with your broker/team leader about your plans and see if they have any plan that will work for you.

It doesn't have to be an investment brokerage per se, but if you see a thought leader here on BP or at a local REIA type meetup who is an agent or broker, check out their place and see if it might be a very organic way to grow as an agent and get some built-in mentorship.
