Does anyone have any suggestions for lenders that offer a cash out refinance at an LTV of 80%, with 6 months or less for the seasoning period, and service Alabama? 

Unlike a traditional sale there is no due diligence period as part of the sale process.

So it’s good all you have to do is raise the price once their contract period ends.  

The apartment that I lived in just after that in Houston has gone up by $900/month in rent in that same time period (not to mention the giant disparity in value).

Check your state law for notification period and simply don’t renew, not evict.

If it's per unit, it would likely make sense even if it's cash flow negative for a period of time.
