I'm enjoying the feedback, and I'm seeing an important pattern here. 

Whether or not that's true, it would be difficult for me to ask about patterns like that by thinking them all up ahead of time, but somebody experienced might know and be able to share.

The economy, weather patterns, everything......

Neither of us like the markets we live in from a real estate investment perspective because of the tenant-friendly laws, taxes, and migration patterns.

What are the migration Patterns?

Every time your doing this your only increasing your odd's of a calamity, and the eventual downfall. proving a pattern of intent and habitual actions. 

I follow institutional investors in the Las Vegas market closely and neighborhoods they were previously bidding up are now in a holding pattern.

From the glare patterns it doesn't look like it, but I doubt I could really to tell from pictures.
